30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely. The return address will be provided to you by our customer support team.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process. You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days (for both domestic and international) for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. European Union Customers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same return conditions mentioned above apply to EU customers.
